Michel Roux OBE One-Night Guest Chef Residency

On Friday 24th April, we are honoured to welcome Michel Roux to The Horse & Groom for an intimate one-night guest chef residency.
Formerly Chef Patron of the two-Michelin-starred Le Gavroche in Mayfair and one of Britain’s most respected culinary figures, Michel will cook alongside our Head Chef, Luke Cockram, for a special one-night residency.
An evening of classical French technique, seasonal British produce and generous hospitality - all delivered in the relaxed, unpretentious surroundings of our dining room in East Ashling.
The Evening
Guests will arrive from 6.30pm for a reception in the bar or garden (if weather permitting).
Dinner will begin at 7.00pm with a four- to five-course tasting menu curated and directed by Michel. He will introduce the menu and cook alongside our team throughout the evening.
Expect refined, seasonal cooking with depth, precision and warmth - a rare opportunity to experience one of Britain’s great culinary figures at close quarters in an intimate setting.
